Information you provide

When you apply, we collect your name, email address, stage in your creator journey and confirmation that you are at least 18. You must provide at least one social link or upload a photo or video. You can provide both. Your OnlyFans link and the details of what you would like help with are optional.

We also keep your application reference, submission date, review status and private team notes. If you contact us, your correspondence may contain additional information you choose to share.

Only upload content you have permission to share. Please do not include passwords, verification codes or identity documents.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your application, contact you about it and discuss whether working together is right for you. We also use it to provide access to your application and show its current status.

Submitting an application does not create a managed creator account. A confirmation email means our system has received your application; it does not mean a team member has already reviewed it.

Who can access your application

Approved Angels Haven team members receive application notifications by email and can sign in to our application site to review your details and uploads. Private team notes are available to the review team.

You can access your own application using an email sign-in link. Your reference helps you find your application, but the reference alone does not grant access. Keep your sign-in links private.

Our hosting, private storage and email delivery providers process information needed to operate these services. Notification emails contain application details and a link to the application site.

Photos and videos

Uploaded media is held in private object storage and is not published on our website. Access requires an authorised session. Files are checked before they become available to view, and media may be processed to support safe viewing and playback.

How long we keep it

Applications and their uploaded media are normally retained for 90 days from submission. Your application page shows its availability date. You can contact us to request earlier deletion.

Application notification emails and any later correspondence are separate records. Contact us if you would like those records included in a deletion request.

Website and sign-in information

The public website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Basic server logs and request limits help us maintain the service and prevent abuse. The application site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in.

We do not save application drafts in your browser storage. Information entered into the form remains on the page until you submit it or leave.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, or tell us not to contact you again. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive your information in a portable format.

Email service@angelshavenhq.com using the address you applied with so we can identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before providing information or making changes.

If you are concerned about how your information is handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
